The NAR Gen 7 CAT Tourniquet, (ETD) Emergency Trauma Dressing(4”Flat) & NAR Compressed Gauze can all be utilized to stop major bleeding and stabilize an individual until further medical attention can be provided.

Combat Gauze® ultimate wound care dressing. Tailored to the needs of combat and tactical medical personnel, this hemostatic dressing combines surgical gauze with a proprietary inorganic material to deliver three important benefits. It stops blood flow. It’s inert. It’s non-allergenic.

The HyFin® Vent Compact Chest Seal Twin Pack provides users with two vented chest seals in a compact packaging designed for the treatment of entry/exit or multiple penetrating chest trauma wounds. The chest seal has a 3-vented channels designed to allow air to escape the chest cavity during exhalation but prevent airflow from entering through the injury site during inhalation.

The BurnTec® dressing cools the injured area and ensures a soothing effect for up to 24 hours. The sterile non-stick dressing is absorbent, trapping wound secretion and bacteria within the gel. The dressing is permeable to water vapor and oxygen but impermeable to bacteria which helps protect the wound from external contamination while allowing it to breathe.

The Polycarbonate Eye Shield meets current military and civilian prehospital guidelines for the treatment of traumatic eye injury in the field. This convex rigid eye shield allows the user to protect the injured eye and blocks external pressure from being applied directly to the injury, preventing further damage.

The Nasopharyngeal Airway 28F is more compatible with human anatomy than the standard oropharyngeal airway, this product is recommended for use as a nasal airway adjunct in semi-conscious or unconscious patients with an intact gag reflex.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this kit TCCC compliant? A: Yes — this kit contains components that meet Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines for treating preventable battlefield deaths.
Q: What's the difference between the C-FAK and an IFAK? A: IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) is a general military term for any personal trauma kit. The C-FAK is our specific combat first aid kit built with premium components like the NAR CAT Gen 7 tourniquet, HyFin chest seals, and Combat Gauze. Some IFAKs use lower-quality substitutes — the C-FAK uses the same brands trusted by U.S. military and SOF units.
Q: Does the pouch attach to MOLLE? A: Yes — the mil-spec nylon pouch is MOLLE compatible and attaches to plate carriers, battle belts, and packs.
Q: Do I need training to use this kit? A: We strongly recommend TCCC, Stop the Bleed, or similar trauma training. These tools can save lives, but proper training ensures you use them effectively under stress.
Q: What's the shelf life of the medical supplies? A: Most components have a 3-5 year shelf life. Check individual expiration dates and rotate supplies as needed.
